2024 Conference & Annual Meeting Advance Registration Form (*TESTING)

Form & related fees must be submitted by October 15, 2024

It is expected that all persons attending Conference must register and wear a badge during the Conference. This includes all family members, friends & guests.

Meal tickets will not be sold at Conference due to guarantee timeline at hotel. No refunds.

Do you want a Courtyard Display Table?(Required)

Associate members with a display room at the Airport Holiday Inn cannot also have a Courtyard Display Table. These are for associate members that do not have a room at the Airport Holiday Inn. NOTE: Associate members that had a Courtyard table at the 2023 Conference have first right of refusal for the 2024 Conference. Deadline to reserve a Courtyard table is October 15.
