The Conference Room Form is not available on-line. Download the paper form here, complete the information and send to the AIF via first class mail. Include room deposit with the form (either with credit card or a check made out to the Airport Holiday Inn).

2025 Conference & Annual Meeting Advance Registration Form

December 12 – 14 at the Airport Holiday Inn in Des Moines, Iowa

Form & related fees must be submitted by October 15 for Associate Members and November 1 for member Fairs.

It is expected that all persons attending Conference must register and wear a badge during the Conference. This includes all family members, friends & guests.

Meal tickets will not be sold at Conference due to guarantee timeline at hotel. No refunds.

Note: Membership (Fairs and Associates) in the AIF is required to register and attend the Conference.

Sponsorship is not required, just offered. If you wish to sponsor a specific event, please contact us right away. Otherwise I will use your sponsorship dollars as they fit into the Conference expenses. All sponsors will receive recognition during the Conference.

Associate members with a display room at the Airport Holiday Inn cannot also have a Courtyard Display Table. These are for associate members that do not have a room at the Airport Holiday Inn. NOTE: Associate members that had a Courtyard table at the 2024 Conference have first right of refusal for the 2025 Conference. Deadline to reserve a Courtyard table is October 15.
